The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

The breakfast was wonderful. The view from our room was fantastic. The drive to Feldberg to ski was only 10 minutes. The pool was relaxing, as well as the sauna. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay,driving me to the hospital where I was working and to the train stationfor my departure, and even helping to purchase my train ticket and loadmy bags onto the train.
