Nie - Staff at reception were most welcoming. We arrived at 11.00 am and were very surprised and pleased to be given our room immediately.The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas and the little Nikolaus treats on December 6 were lovely. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our
daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to

Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money.
The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well
appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and
varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of
one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and

The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.
