The staff was very helpful and more than willing to make your stay in Munich enjoyable. The best, friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable staff of all hotels we have stayed in, clean room, free hotel pc internet, great breakfast, free carparking.

Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. The room was modern, clearn and quiet on the 5th floor. The staff in the Breakfast room were always helpful and friendly.
It was a perfect location from the main station and city centre.

clean rooms,friendly staff, near city center,quiet place, - Staff were excellent and willing to assist. Room was an apartment and excellent size for family of four. Not far from main rail station and then walk onto attractions or train trip to Fussen. Minor issues only, but an excellent place to stay.
