  The best location in Cologne! The hotel is nearly brand new and i also love the breakfast! - This is a first class hotel with good facilities. The location is great, we had a view of the cathedral from our room window. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.   It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at...small but with a soul. We were met by the receptionist and led to our room. He showed us around and gave all the required information. The staff were polite and friendly at all times. Breakfast was not very rich but the service was superb.
