The appartment (Pannierstrasse 28) was really nice in its Japanese style and very well equipped. Even in the kitchen everything that you normally miss in apartments was in place (e.g. toaster, teapot, coffee-machine etc). The apartment is located in the backyard, what means no noisy traffic infront of the windows at all (noise from balconies can occur thought). Bus-stop, Rent-a-bike and supermarket in 1 minute distance.

This is our home in Berlin. Very nice staff, nice comfy room and a small kirchenette. Good supermarkets a few hundred meters from the hotel. Ubahn and bus within 6 min walking. 20minuteswalk to Tresor Club or in an other direction Wild at Heart for some Rock. If you want to walk to Brandenburger Tor its about 30 min. The kebap at Princenstrasse ubahn is super!!

into them), and within walking distance of the underground. Big spacious
rooms, plenty of room for everyone but we were three people short. Had
they turned up, it would have been pretty good value for money. -

As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy.
The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant. Location was excellent, Carsten who met us was very helpful. Apartment was excellent value for money and very comfortable, would definitely stay again and reccommend. - Ideal city-center location in facilities that were of a very high standard. Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market.
Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner.
Staff were friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. Ham, cheeses croissants, smoked salmon, toast, cakes etc. etc. Great location. Lisa helped
