Hotel facilities and standards are excellent as is access to Berlin's U & S Bahn tram/train systems with the stations right by the hotel. Reaching Alexander Platz is just a10 min journey. Overall a very well appointed hotel, fantastic value for money compared with other hotels and staff were extremely attentive and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent, Staff serving breakfast was very obliging. Tram, Underground are not far away so you can reach downtown in minutes - Nice looking, clean and comfortable rooms. Polite staff. Excellent breakfast. Only Good communications: 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz with M5/M6, and only one station to Landsberger Allee with M5/M6.

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay for a few days! The location was perfect - there were markets right outside your doorsteps, cool little cafe's and shops right around the corner, and close to public transport. We have two small children, and the neighborhood was very family friendly with parks all around it. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, easily accessible, and the perfect size for 4 people. The hosts were very nice. It was a perfect stay!

The staff is extremely warm and helpful. The rooms are simple, clean, and quiet. The hotel is a little off the beaten track (not near an U-Bahn stop), however, the M4 and M10 trams are just one block over in either direction and are just as convenient--less than 10 minutes to Alexander Platz. - Nice and clean room. Found it on the map easily to the subway 10 minutes. Nearby there are shops (for example, "Netto"), pharmacies, coffee shops and cafes. The room is small, corner, but is fine for an overnight stay.The Russian-speaking girl on reception is very friendly and explained everything that we need. -

good location for car owners because it's situated just outside the Umwelt-zone, there is every 6 min a tram going to Alexanderplatz (you are there in less then 10min), friendly hotel owners and spacious room+bathroom, very clean and well equipped. Easy to park your car in the street (for free) or at their small private parking. Am just back from

Location of this hotel is very good! It was easy to get there from
airport Schönefeld sxf. You can take Airport Express train rb14 and get
to "Alexanderplatz" station. Change here to subway u5 line
following to "Hönow". Get off on "Frankfurter Tor"
station and just walk a bit to hotel.
It was pretty silent in the evening as well as in the morning when I woke up.
Big comfortable room was nice designed!
