Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -
This is a wonderful hotel.
Located in a nice and quiet area, very nice and relaxing SPA. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to spend good and relaxing time in Hamburg.

The breakfast buffet is amazing and well worth the extra cost. - The hotel was very clean and new, I found none of the problems mentioned by other reviewers. The walk from the train station does involve passing by several "exotic" shops and streetwalkers, but this is germany, and any hotel near to a railway station is going to involve an interesting walk.

Excellent.We stayed in this hotel only for one night , but it is suffice to say that we felt homey. Commodious , cleanness of the rooms , very good breakfest. If we will come again to the Hamburg , we will prefer to stay in this hotel. Thanks for all staff so much ! - Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Restaurant was good.

Very nice interior. Excellent cleaning of the room. Great shower - waterfall like! Minibar and Safe in every room. 2 MACs for free internet access available. Free and well functional Wi-Fi too in room. Snugly music lounge with a lot of vinyl you can listen to. Records are not locked up! >> Something I've never seen before! You can even smoke in there - doesn't stink at all due to good airing!
Smoking rooms are available in hotel. (Ask for it when you book) Staff is super friendly.
