We haven't used the free transportation tickets, because city centre is rather small, but option itself is appreciated.   Great friendly staff! Greated by my name during check in and had good conversation with the host. Close to train station so it's easy to hop on and off to nearby attractions - Friendly and straightforward staff. Pretty good breakfast. Better still, breakfast and wifi were included in the price. My favourite 3 star in Mannheim.

  Very close to the city-center. I have the room Nr3. which was on the ground floor with direct access to the terasse. That was really amaizing, quite and relaxing. If you go there ask for Romm Nr 1, 2 or 3.!
