The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage
stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you
walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big
hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor,
Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can
recommend this hotel to anyone!

One big reason to recommend this apartment is it -
- Located on two major tram lines (serving multiple routes), less than 10mins from city centre.
- Spacious.
- Excellent wi-fi.
- Very easy to collect the keys - simply sent an email before leaving the UK with an estimated arrival time, the lady confirmed by text on arrival in Germany and was there to meet us when we arrived (very friendly too).
- The central heating system was very good and easy to adjust.
- Excellent value for money!

I only stayed one night, but it was very nice. A big clean room with a big comfortable bed, a nice desk to work in the window, and fast wifi. It is an easy walk from the U-Bahn station.
The hosts were very welcoming. I arrived wet from the rain, and they put out hot tea for me, and even loaned me an umbrella for the day.

We loved everything! The location is perfect. the facility is very clean. The continental breakfast was just right. Is located between 2 ubahn stations ( wittenbach and the one we used Nollendorf.) There are many nice cafes within 2 blocks and a wonderful grocery store across the street. It is just 2 blocks to KaDeWe and a post office.

Great location in a walking distance to KaDeWe, Kurfurstendamm Strasse and Berlin Zoo. Subway station is just few meters away from the hotel. There is a supermarket just across a street and few restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are quite big and clean with free wi-fi. Staff is friendly and helpful. -

The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Plus the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from a major u-bahn station, 10 min. away from the Berlinale center, in a lively but safe neighborhood. -

It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.
