  The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening. The spa area is amazing. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time.
