The facilities were excellent - on a par with much more expensive and larger establishments. The service was so friendly it was like staying in a much smaller, famly run hotel - 10 out of 10. - The staff were extremely helpful, with excellent English language skills. The range of food available at breakfast was great.

Small family hotel, where they were very friendly and helpful. The room vas clean and just the right size. Room for breakfast was just a little too small. Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth.
But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately.

Rooms are excellent - large, modern, clean. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures.
Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale.
Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable

Incredibly kind, attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!
