Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. It's close to shopping and sights, too, and if you're not too burdened with luggage, you can walk from the cruise center (we did, with 50-pound bags). I'd best describe the hotel as a "very comfortable, high quality hotel with friendly backpacker hostel type ambiance". Everything has been thought of to make the stay easy, agreable and fun - including option for travellers on a budget. Despite the affortable rooms, I found more "travel essentials" being met at the SuperBude than at most 4* hotels

Everything is brand-new and pretty well designed. Very stylish and simple. Breakfast for additional price but that was a good choice of food. The location is excellent: lots of bars, cafes and fruit markets. Just across the hotel one can find small shop to buy fish sandwiches. The centre is reachable by S- and U-Bahn, at the hotel also one can borrow a bike (we didn't try but it supposedly included in price).

I loved staying at the hostel! It was very modern and very clean. The
staff were so friendly! My room was with 6 other girls and very modern
too. Nice bunk beds and with privacy screens. Chargers for cell phones
and computers. You don't need adapters if you can charge with a
usb cable. Each bed has their own charging station along with light.

Lovely a quiet whilst sleeping - a big surprise considering location - no noise from outside or other people staying in the hostel.
Brilliant location - right next to the Hauptbahnhof, two art galleries/museums, lots of places to eat and easy walking distance to attractions such as Rathaus, Jungfernstieg, Alsterwasser usw.
