Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. dobre sniadanie - The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. Very nice interior. Excellent cleaning of the room. Great shower - waterfall like! Minibar and Safe in every room. 2 MACs for free internet access available. Free and well functional Wi-Fi too in room. Snugly music lounge with a lot of vinyl you can listen to. Records are not locked up! >> Something I've never seen before! You can even smoke in there - doesn't stink at all due to good airing!
Smoking rooms are available in hotel. (Ask for it when you book) Staff is super friendly.
