The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good. Yes the room was small but we knew that as it was clear on the website. However that did not deter us from having a very positive experience.

This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). We have stayed there now 3 times. The location is excellent, the room is lovely and quite and the decor is lovely and modern and bright - Staff was very friendly and accomidating. Very good buffet breakfast.

The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.
