New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz

It was very clean and cozy hotel. The room was equipped well enough and pretty silent, therefore neighbors and outside noise were not disturbing during the stay.

Очень новая гостиница. В хорошем месте - совсем близко к центу и когда идешь мимо ботанического сада по дороге бегают ёжики и кролики. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Еду в гостинице не пробовали, тк в Мюнхене полно мест где можно прекрасно покушать.
РЕКОМЕНДУЮ: берите номера с видом на двор - там очень тихо и уютно, вид на улицу более шумный (но в пределах разумного).

you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. It was an excellent location just off the main shopping street in Munich. We were two underground stops from the main railway station and in walking distance of many of the attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were large, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We slept three people comfortably. Self laundry facilities were available. The reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful.
