24h reception with really helpful staff.
Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

We lived in a very comfortable appartment (big, clean, fully equipped). It's not far from the city center (it takes 7 minutes to get to Alexander Platz on foot), there is wi-fi in the lobby, rather good breakfast, though there is not big variety you can eat a toast, some cereals and drink a cup of coffee. I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

The location is very handy. We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. Loads of places you can walk to, U-Bahn just down the road and Freidrichstrasse station very nearby also.

I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced.
The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer.
The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room.
I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does.
The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far

We booked a double room and own a room for 3 people (One double bed and one single bed).
The flat is very big and there is no other guests. Literally, we own the whole flat with two shower rooms.
