The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. 5mins walk to the main train station to link to any destination in the city. Lots of restaurant and shops in the vicinity.
Get the hotel to book a ticket for a football match through email prior to my arrival and the hotel help me out on this. In the end, the tickets were given free complimentar

Łóżka bardzo wygodne , duże ( spalismy z trzyletnim dzieckiem )posciel lekka , świeża i ciepła . - Large rooms, great staff great presentation all together in this hotel. Well worth it and close to the train station and city centre. - Excellent position near railway station suited us. Price we managed to get on the internet was very very good.

We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.

Nie - Staff at reception were most welcoming. We arrived at 11.00 am and were very surprised and pleased to be given our room immediately.The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas and the little Nikolaus treats on December 6 were lovely. Очень новая гостиница. В хорошем месте - совсем близко к центу и когда идешь мимо ботанического сада по дороге бегают ёжики и кролики. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Еду в гостинице не пробовали, тк в Мюнхене полно мест где можно прекрасно покушать.
РЕКОМЕНДУЮ: берите номера с видом на двор - там очень тихо и уютно, вид на улицу более шумный (но в пределах разумного).

staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth.
But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately.

Rooms are excellent - large, modern, clean. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures.
Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale.
Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable
