Most of the staff were very friendly&helpful. The room was superb, very spacious& the decor was very funky&modern, bed was lovely&comfortable.the location is great only a 5 min walk to the old town along the river with some great places to eat&enjoy a few drinks. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Excellent!!! - The room was very large, which was great, the sauna/steam room facilities were excellent, and the fact that it stayed open so late was brilliant. Breakfast was also very good, staff very helpful and pleasant.

Very nice hotel, recently renovated. We had a big room and enjoyed a lot our staying. The hotel has its own parking facilities (there is also plenty of public parking in the surrounding) and a tram station nearby: perfect combination! The breakfast was very nice. One of the best places we have stayed in. Everything tops. Excellent service, clean, lots of amenities, and super location. We should have stayed there to travel to Aachen and Luxembourg and even Brussels! - This was a great hotel. The rooms very comfortable for the price and the hotel staff very helpful. There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs
