It is a clean, basic hotel. The breakfast was very good..The reception was friendly and helpful. The location is good. This was my 5th stay there so I am satisfied with them. - Good location, wireless internet, very helpful staff.

directions and as I had organised the trip for a large group the help
was more than appreciated! Also the buffet breakfasts were amazing.

The room, although small, had everything you'd need to make yourself comfortable for a couple of nights. The bed was excellent and the room was clean. The bathroom is really tiny but well kept, it has a hairdryer and a comfortably sized shower cabin. Bathroom heating is also included, so if you plan to visit during the winter, this is a big plus.

My room had the best air-conditioning. It was very hot and humid in Koeln but I slept very well. Breakfast was good on the whole. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Location is superb right in the Hauptbahnhof.
