Excellant staff, friendly, approachable and very willing to help in any way they can. Beautiful room with incredible view. Good locatation with taxis available outside. - Excellent location, really good views (hotel lobby starts on 22nd floor), very friendly service.

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

My room had an amazing view of the river (this was in December), with the museums and the lights reflecting on the water. It was clean and spacious and had lots of cabinets and shelves. There were drinks in the fridge and some breakfast food in the cupboard which was a lovely extra touch - very satisfied, exceeded my expectations!
