Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min).
