I liked that the hostel was trustworthy. I didnt feel scared to leave my stuff in the room. Staff was very helpful and useful, they advice us many time exactly to locations we wanted and we were pleased with that. It was perfect for those who want to save a bit of the budged in living.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hostel was clean and tiddy. They sold the Berlin Welcome Card which was very convenient and they are right across from a U-bahn stop. bunk beds in a room for four. The toilet and showing facilities were
also excellent for a hostel. I was sick and it was comfortable staying
in bed for a day to rest. I'd recommend this place to friends.

I loved the location, it was very close to the cool areas of berlin andyet quiet and safe. Also, the cleanliness was above par for a hostel.They computers where free also which was awesome. Also, I arrived quietlate and the girl said it was no problem and she waited for me to getthere before she left...which was awesome :) - U inn is a great hotel

Położenie hotelu jest bardzo dobre. Blisko do śrdoków komunikacji którymi się poruszaliśmy. Nie było problemu z parkingiem, stał spokojnie, brama wjazdowa była zamykana do której mieliśmy klucze. I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

It takes 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Not that far away with convenient locaiton. The staff are really nice!!! They answer my question in detailed and gave suggestion on my route. I am girl travelling alone and I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!
