This was a perfect place to spend the weekend with family. The hotel is centrally located, near public transport. There's a nice small park out front and the hotel-staff are very helpful. Very charming hotel. Huge room, beautifully decorated. Kitchen facilities included, though I didn't have a chance to use them. Close to the train station, but on a quiet side street. Very nice. - location and quality of the room and amenities

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

My three week stay at the LiV'iN Hotel was spectacular. The staff were always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond expectations. I wiill certainly look to stay there again when I return to Frankfurt. - Large apartment style room and proximity to the city centre
