The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and met all our needs. The heated bathroom floor and fluffy towels were excellent. -

Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -
This is a wonderful hotel.
Located in a nice and quiet area, very nice and relaxing SPA. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to spend good and relaxing time in Hamburg.

A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. Great location, very conveniently situated next to a train station and a 15 minute, easy walk into town. Friendly staff, fabulous room with everything you could possibly need provided. Lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a choice of two types of shower. Excellent breakfast - one of the best we have had - the choice was brilliant.

dobre sniadanie - The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. The Alster Hof was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Hamburg. The hotel is located close to downtown shopping, the staff are very friendly and helpful (eg. went out of their way to help knowing that I was unwell during my stay), a comprehensive breakfast and free internet access were provided and it was very well priced. -

obsługa - This was my second stay at the Fairmont Vier Jahreszeiten. I stayedthere last December, for the first time and it ruined me for any otherhotel for ever and ever! - Wonderful grand dame of Hamburg, first rate location, will return for sure. Excellent staff.
