  At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case). The hotel is ideally situated for access to Munich's tourist attractions, to transport and to a... co mówią ludzie » huge range of dining options. - The room was modern, clearn and quiet on the 5th floor. The staff in the Breakfast room were always helpful and friendly. It was a perfect location from the main station and city centre. I'm sure that I when I'm in Munich, I will stay at your hotel again.

  Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. Breaky was great! - Good breakfast, very quiet rooms considering how close we where to the train station. other good points are- easy access to the train station and all other public transport.   clean rooms,friendly staff, near city center,quiet place, - Staff were excellent and willing to assist. Room was an apartment and excellent size for family of four. Not far from main rail station and then walk onto attractions or train trip to Fussen. Minor issues only, but an excellent place to stay.
