Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. Lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff, good location, excellent air conditioning (the main reason I booked that particular hotel - August in Berlin can be stifling!). Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

It was awesome to be in the hotel... Really nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, all services. I was in an individual room and after I moved in a shared room and both were good. It was in a great location-in a historical hip and trendy area of former East Berlin. Great sops and restaurants in the area. The fact that the bar was a real focal point for the area should be stressed more. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn.

While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.
