  The scenery is like in a romantic book. One can see the castle and the Alps itself with a bit of a snow on their top. Wonderfull.   The hotel is beautiful!! The staff was excellent. Very helpful. I like that most of them spoke English. My room was wonderful. I loved the bathrobes. I also liked having a bathtub.

  The staff were amazing! Hotel gorgeous - views of the castles beautiful.Food was great. Location wonderful. Bathrooms were fabulous - greatjacuzzi tubs. Both our rooms were great. - It was very calm. Rooms very clean. No carpets, but towels to put in front of bed, which is hygienically perfect. Soap dispensers are environmentally friendly

  A family run guest house. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They provided breakfast every morning. Our room faced the two castles. Definently within walking distance of Horn, Schwangau, and Hohenschwangau if you don't mind going for a 20 min walk. It is immaculately clean and well maintained.   The family that runs this hotel is so nice. We didn't feel like we were staying at a hotel but someones home, we will be staying here again. Plus some of the rooms have amazing views of the castles and they are breath taking!   We enjoyed very much our staying there at the Gastehous Kopf with charming hostesses Carmen and Martina. The quality-price ratio was brilliant! We had a well equipped kitchenett and we really enjoyed our cooking there. It took us about 20 min to get to the center of the town or the Railway Station by walk and for about 5 minutes to Forgensee lak... co mówią ludzie » e. Walking (or hiking) is very popular at that place and we also enjoyed it. Very recommendate place - Super friendly staff. The receptionist gave us maps of the area and the attractions as soon as we arrived and explained tickets and parking around the castles. Nice breakfast option with great variety and fresh eggs. The room was not just clean, it was hospital, hygienic level clean! The bathroom and shower were a comfortable size. And the room even had a fully equipped kitchenette that we chose to use when we were tired of restaurant food.
