If you have business with the University Clinic-it is ideal. If you visit Hamburg, it is also fine, as it is located close to trendy Eppendorf. Very nice breakfast. -
Excellent, friendly staff - all speaking perfect English and very attentive and helpful. Made our Hamburg visit one to cherish. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!!

Super convenient way to position yourself for a very easy transition to the airport. Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant.
Easy in to get your car to the very front of the hotel from the arrival lanes. Easy off load and check in parking. Easy to turn

The hotel was amazing! So very luxurious. Everything you could ever need was right there for you Mp3 connections in rooms, free wifi, music/tv being played in the bathroom, toiletries, iron, hairdryer even an ice bicket and corkscrew!
The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Just Amazing!
The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport!
Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. Great location, very conveniently situated next to a train station and a 15 minute, easy walk into town. Friendly staff, fabulous room with everything you could possibly need provided. Lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a choice of two types of shower. Excellent breakfast - one of the best we have had - the choice was brilliant.

Excelent for families with children -
Breakfast was awesome and extensive selection of food. Indoor pool was also wonderful. U-Bahn (subway) was a 1-2 minute walk. Secure and underground (the hotel) parking was convenient.

The walk from the train station does involve passing by several "exotic" shops and streetwalkers, but this is germany, and any hotel near to a railway station is going to involve an interesting walk.

A very good hotel and in a good location. Safe to walk the streets andclose to communication links throughout the city. Rooms a good size andevery facility to ensure comfort. We did not use the restaurant socannot make comment. We would certainly stay again. - As always NH hotels provide comfortable and clean rooms
