  A good hotel with easy access to the S Bahn and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hamburg. We had a business class room on the 16th floor overlooking the city. It wasn't overly big, but it was comfortable enough. The bed was particularly comfortable. Friendly staff, fabulous room with everything you could possibly need provided. Lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a choice of two types of shower. Excellent breakfast - one of the best we have had - the choice was brilliant.

Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant. Easy in to get your car to the very front of the hotel from the arrival lanes. Easy off load and check in parking. So very luxurious. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just Amazing! The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.
