Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information.
Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe.
The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served.
I will surely come back if I ever come back to Dortmund

The hotel is classy, stylish and professional. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous. -
Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :)

The owner is really friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi has gone offline time to time most probably because of some router malfunction but he attended it immediately and also sent another option in the night in case it occurs again. I had just 1 night and was a business trip, it was good. the room had a coffee machine and I really liked that it did :)

The Owner was a very pleasant lady and could speak English, which is sometimes difficult in some European countries. There was a welcome card and free Wii Fii with very good internet speed.

The hotel is set in a peaceful, rural setting. The staff were efficient rather than friendly. The room was spacious though the the wardrobe space was cramped. There were tea making facilities in the room. It was very clean and 'done out' to a good standard. The breakfast was of an excellent standard. -

Lovely room and view, pretty gardens, friendly staff, close enough to underground, near to stadium and running track - Great hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Bathroom was plenty bih enough. Several amenities in the room for those who forget a few things. Staff were friendly and helped us with directions. Easy to get to via the underground

We had a delightful stay. Easy access, clean and well laid out. We were especially impressed with what they were able to do with an old factory. - The hotel is completely new and very beautiful.. It is like 3 or 4 stars. In every room there is a tv LCD and good services.

The hotel was situated ideally for my stay i attended a racing pigeon convention and the hotel was not more that 10mins walk to the arena that it was staged so no transport costs.
