  I think I liked everything! The people working there are very helpful, positive and they provide you with all kind of useful information about the city. The decoration is awesome and it gives you the feeling of relaxation and comfort.   Good location and a nice courtyard. I was scared at first because I had to call from out front with my cell but they answered straight away and it posed no problem. There was a nice little map showing nearby laudromats, markets, restaurants, etc. This was helpful but also necessary since their was no staff at any time to ask.
