This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn.

Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

The apartment was pretty big and well equipped with everything you need for a few days. We enjoyed the BluRay Player! The restaurant is great for breakfast/dinner, with very tasty and modern cuisine. The apartment is in a good location, between PrenzlauerBerg and Mitte. The U-Bahn and StrassenBahn (BernauerStrasse) are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market.
Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner.
Staff were friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. Ham, cheeses croissants, smoked salmon, toast, cakes etc. etc. Great location. Lisa helped

Lokalizacja - the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.
