  I had to find a hotel urgently and I found this one, so I paid less money with the "last minute deal" and I loved the hotel! It was extremely clean and tidy in my room, all the furnitures were still looking new, and as a woman I loved having so many mirrors in the room :) The breakfast was also great.   Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Can walk to Brandenburg Gate/Unter Den Linden which we did with 2 young children and kids Grandmother. Stadmitte U Bahn also very close. Also a fun, hip area with lots of restaurants a few blocks - The room for vary spacious, completely renewed and really very clean. The breakfast was very good and the waiters always working so that you get all you needed. While we arrived late after midnight everything was perfectly organised so that someone was reachable to give us our keys. The hotel is a good compromise between downtown and Adlersholf scientific area
