Modern hotel interior design in modern style. If you love black and white variations in the interior and the windows in the wall - this is your varinat. Is not located in a tourist area, in a fairly quiet area. The surrounding area has biomarkety (by Haupt shatrasse).

Dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny (naczynia etc) - courteous staff. the receptionist was really nice and helpful whenever i needed anything. it was nice to have a wash machine on the premises as i notice is hard to find a laundromat in the city. the breakfast was wonderful. the attendant kept it well

Super shower and bathroom, own kitchenette (not used), lounge with dining area and separate bedroom. Very warm on an icy couple of nights in December. Extremely welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Spotlessly clean. Excellent rate.

Good city location slightly off centre. U-Bahn station only a few minutes walk away. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I stayed in a newly refurbished room which was very nice. Location. Easy quick walk to the BulowstraBe Ubahn station. Restaurants on PotsdamerstraBe around the corner. Wifi was great. I was on the ground floor in the section of the hotel that was only accessible via a quick walk through the hotel's parking area, but therefore the room was QUIET. No noise from the train outside the front. The room also felt newly renovated.

Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

It is very close to a free Berlin Public Parking where I parked the car during 3 days without problems. The metro station with connection to all Berlin lines is located one block from the hotel. We didn´t have breakfast in the hotel (it wasn´t included in the rate) but there were many options near the hotel.
The rooms are clean and confortable and we didn´t have any problem in the sorrounds (quiet and safety).
