This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. I actually felt like a guest, and was warmly welcomed from the start when collected by the shuttle bus at the airport. I enjoyed my stay that much that I have recommended it my parents. I know they would love it too. Looking forward to a return visit, when i am next heading to Munich.

The hotel has a very bright but calming atmosphere. It is beautiful to see. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. Your staff is wonderful and the food was great too! It was clean and suited our requirements. We just needed somewhere to stay before leaving for the airport next morning and it was perfect.
