This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. It was close to the airport and provided other transportation services that were required. It was comfortable, very clean and the staff were informative and efficient.. The hotel has a very bright but calming atmosphere. It is beautiful to see. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. Your staff is wonderful and the food was great too!
