So very luxurious. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just Amazing! The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.

  This place was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, secure parking, excellent breakfast. The bottled water, fruit, and candy in the room was a nice touch. - The spacious room with spacious bathroom, the marvelous breakfast, perfect English by the manager and staff, warm welcome in the deep night, parking place free of charge.

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.
