Super convenient way to position yourself for a very easy transition to the airport. Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant.
Easy in to get your car to the very front of the hotel from the arrival lanes. Easy off load and check in parking. Easy to turn

The hotel was amazing! So very luxurious. Everything you could ever need was right there for you Mp3 connections in rooms, free wifi, music/tv being played in the bathroom, toiletries, iron, hairdryer even an ice bicket and corkscrew!
The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Just Amazing!
The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport!
Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!!

Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -

Great location, very conveniently situated next to a train station and a 15 minute, easy walk into town. Friendly staff, fabulous room with everything you could possibly need provided. Lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom was fantastic with a choice of two types of shower. Excellent breakfast - one of the best we have had - the choice was brilliant.

dobre sniadanie - The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special.
