Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use
Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very
important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some
refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at
your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

A cosy not expensive hotel near the airport. It is very convenient to stay there before your flight.
A manager was so kind that met us at the U-station and brought to the hotel.
He also provided transportation to the airport.
Very benevolent staff, nice garden, clean comfortable room, good breakfast served by a charming lady, etc.

Price, parking, easy to reach - Because we were leaving VERY early the next morning (well before breakfast!), the Front-Desk Staff arranged for bagged lunches to be available on our departure. A very nice touch; and greatly appreciated.

Excellent location - a few minutes walk from the train station in one direction and just around the corner from the KO in the other direction. The actual hotel was first class: wonderful clean, big room, perfect bathroom. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and had lots of varieties of everything.
