  Claire took great care to ensure our 90 year old dad was comfortable. She was very patient with me as I negotiated my way around letsbookhotel.com.   Very nice and clean facility in an idyllic location in an old mill setting. The views of the bubbling brook from the rooms are mesmerizing.   Great hotel next to a babbling river. Very relaxing. The rooms are small but clean and have decent bed linen. The food is okay, no choice of menu but the setting is so lovely we didn't mind the lack of choice. Lots to do, the owner will take you fly fishing and there is also horse riding. I would recommend this hotel to those who like a rustic break, beautiful views and welcoming staff. - Location was super- a delightful change of pace from our week in Paris prior to arrival in Pontaubert. Our host was exceptional - he answered our questions and made wonderful recommendations for visits in the area. Dinners at the hotel were delicious, the ambiance of the dining area was warm and inviting- a truly delightful experience on all accounts!
