Dobra lokalizacja, wygodny pokój, przyjemna obsługa - Customer-oriented staff, very polite and efficent. Cosy room (very calm, in spite of the parking across the street) and very nice bathroom, with a special touch one doesn't find very often in other hotels. the location was great. walking distance to all the tourist sites as well as restaurants and shops.
the rooms were very spacious and the cooking facilities to make breakfast or snacks were sufficient. Real cooking may have been too much for the size of the room. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We had the two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family of 5
and a rare find in Europe. The beds were comfortable and there was
plenty of space to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful in
finding the sights and a restaurant for dinner. Our kids loved the pool,
too. I would definitely recommend!

Studio Austerlitz was a perfect choice for my weekend visit to Strasbourg. The studio itself is lovely and perfect for a solo traveler or couple -- very cozy and well maintained, even with charming art on the walls. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. Finally, the proprietor, Benedicte, was absolutely lovely -- she insisted on picking me up at the train station, kept my bag on the last day after check-out and delivered it to me
