We loved everything - the location so close to the lovely old town, the sea view from our side balcony, the well equipped kitchenette, the huge bed, the modrrn decor, modern bathroom, great shower, nice towels and toiletries and the staff. Room is big and clean, all daily necesities are available, bed is quite comfortable.
Reception staff very kind and helpfull, they gave us list of best local restaurants and advised which are the best - we tried 2 of 4 and both were perfect.
Parking is inside hotel and spaceous enough for big car.
Hotel located outside of old sity but it takes only 10-15 minutes walk and the route is going along seaside, so it is very pleasant.

Enjoyable walking distance (along seafront) from old Saint-Malo and its great shops and restaurants. Friendly, kind and welcoming. 1st rate swimming pool, coffee available at the bar in late evening, excellent room, adjustable bed, multi-channel tv and breakfast. And all a few minutes away from our ferry port in the morning. We'd gladly return and probably will.

Very pleasant welcome from receptionist. It has 24 hr reception. We could park immediately outside or anywhere on the road without paying and apparently it is a non-problem area, so felt safe to leave belongings in the car. Rather than a closet the small room had a clever "mobile" of hangars suspended from the ceiling (I loved the idea) however the mobile was hanging in the middle of the route to the bathroom from the bed; the rooms are small (not much room for luggage) and one had to fight one's

We had a family room/junior suite which meant two rooms with adjoining door open. Excellent solution, absolutely brilliant. which was spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Breakfast was
good with scrambled eggs, mets, cheese, bread, cereal. The hotel is
brand new and appears on google maps as the empty lot it once was. It
was about a 20 minute walk to the city walls.

La Maison des Armateurs was in a wonderful location (although St. Malo is so small I'm not sure there is a "bad" location). The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean, bright and tastefully decorated. -

We were here during a quiet period and had the complex to ourselves. The
new pool area is very nice and the water heated. The kitchen area is
quite basic but was adequate and we had breakfast and cooked a couple of
meals. The complex in general was very secure. We arrived late and
appreciated the letter left on the gate for us allowing us access.
