Good location, very reasonable prices, but the staff is what made our
stay exceptional. We arrived to find that my wife had mistakenly booked
our stay for a month in advance of the actual date we needed. I was more
than a little upset with my wife, but the gentleman that helped us
(going from memory, I think his name was Ahmeed??) was gracious and
helpful and calmed our marital spat with a joke or two. He allowed us to
rebook at the same rate and I just can't say enough good things

New hotel in great location, cross road and walk through park and you are in restaurant area. Another 5 mins walking and you are outside the gothic cathedral. Rooms are appartment styled with basic kitchen of kettle, micro, fridge etc. breakfast available for €10 which is pastries, breads, meat, cheese, eggs, juice and tea/coffee. There is parking for €8 if you have a car. Staff very friendly and speak many languages. If you are a couple then the added cost over hostel is negligible and worth i.
Was really like a good class hotel with the added bonus of cooking
facilities. Very new modern and clean. The staff spoke several
languages including English and were extremely helpful. Within 2
minutes walking distance to the Train Station and a pleasant 5- 10
minutes walk to the main restaurant and shopping strip. We went to the
evening laser show at Reims Cathedral which was recommended by the
hotel staff and was certainly not to be missed. A very pleasant
city/ stop over for a few days.
Extremely spacious, clean comfortable well designed and equipped rooms. Please tell me where you bought the beds.... I would seriously like one!!Staff very friendly and keen to help. Made travelling with our dog very easy.Good central position for access to resteraunts, areas of interest etc.Good transport links if needed. If you have other aparthotels I would like to know where they are!!.
The location was perfect to reach the city centre and all main attractions. Although right next to the train station, the room was well insulated and we had no problems on that front. Having a small kitchen with microwave in the room was a great plus, especially when travelling with young kids. Free wi-fi as well was very appreciated.
Very central, room good size, clean and a decent size. Short walk to city centre. On arriving, drive to reception. Enter code and push bell to get barrier raised. Check- in, offload luggage and then reception will explain where to park. Room right temperature for us in September. In very hot weather, it could I suspect be uncomfortabe.
The hotel is clean, modern and the rooms are very well equipped with a basic kitchen. You are located within 5 mins of a fantastic boulangerie which was great for getting breakfast. The hotel is situated in the centre of a city so is noisy but this is what I would expect. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget.
Wonderfull hotel, nice and clean. It's located next to the center
and all bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes. There's a
railwaystation view but with windows closed - no sound. Good wi-fi
speed. The kitchen is kinda small but it's got all you need. And
it's more then enough when you have a short 3-7 days trip.
Excelent value for money. Clean, large room. Friendly staff, nice
breakfast. Facilities like hairdryer for rent and self-service laundry
for clothes with token. Equipped small kitchenette. Train station just
around the corner but rooms sound-proof. Far from champagne houses but
easy access for bus and tram.
Very new hotel with simple and nice design (it felt like we were the first gusts to stay in our room). Hotel is right next to the train station but there was absolutely no noise in the room. Good location - close to train station, park and city center. Private parking. Reasonable price.
Excellent price, good facilities in room, very helpful and friendly
staff, had room facing away from train line so no noise at all.warm
fairly spacious room.location brilliant, close to station, close to
market, short walk to centre.. Optional breakfast at ten euros..great
orange juice.
Ultra modern suite type hotel with super kitchen area with everything available plates, glasses etc. great location a few minutes from station and short walk 8/10 minutes to shopping, bars, cafes etc and town centre. Ideal for business or family or couples with own onsite parking.
Close to city centre, easy to get to by car and parking on site.
Our room was large and light, the bed comfortable and I loved the decor, simple yet effective. It was all very clean, the small kitchen had everything you need for simple meals. Shower room clean and easy to use.
Being in an apartment in such a convenient location - easy walk to the centre of Reims. Laundry available, great WiFi, comfortable bed and kitchen well equipped.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.
We stayed an extra day & explored further afield from there.
Very Spacious room with a kitchenette with a cooktop and microwave. Large well appointed bathroom. Staff were friendly and very helpful booking tours and giving advice. Parking is secure and not as expensive as we have paid in other cities in Europe.
Im very grateful with the people from the hotel, they are very nice,
they speak good english, and they are very willing to help you as a
client. If I go back to the city, I will definitely choose again this
hotel. Thank you for everything.
Great location, very close to tourist info restaurants and shops. We were able to walk everywhere. Didn't hear the trains at all. Rooms had all you need and enjoyed the kitchenette after so long without a fridge. Parking was also useful.
Room was excellent, brand new. Room included a kitchenette, bathroom was ample. Location is just a block from the restaurant strip, and a few blocks from the Cathedral. Also convenient to public transport to the wineries.
Very clean and comfortable. good WiFi, good value for money. Good location.
This is more of an extended stay hotel, each unit has a complete kichenete. We did not need it, but for some people it could be a good option.
We are two mature-aged friends visiting Reims for the Champagne however we were pleasantly surprised by everything about Residhome Reims Centre - Location, price, cleanliness, comfort - it had everything we needed.
Fantastic central location with easy access to all the champagne houses and great restaurants very close by. Great place if you need a stopover or have travelled by train fro Paris as the station is next door.
We thought this hotel was great value. Clean, new and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location as its only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Would recommend and stay here again.
Great location! Walking distance from the train station. Easy to shopping areas and downtown area. Easy taxi ride to Champagne houses. Simple, clean and new. Staff was awesome and helpful Loved it.
It is a great place to stay in Reims. It is only 2 min by walk from the old town and its attractions. Our room was spotless and the furniture look new. Wi-fi is excellent the same like staff. I loved.

Great location close to Reims centre, within walking distance to restaurants and cathederal. Rooms are very modern and clean with kitchenette. Lovely shower room.
This place was just as we though it'd be. Friendly staff who were able to speak English and knew places to go. Quiet and clean room with a new kitchen. Flawless.
Very helpful reception staff.
Location. Close to station and town centre.
I did not need for anything.
I did have a bit of trouble with the wi-fi, though.
Good location, 5 min walking distance to Reims center, recently
inaugurated hotel, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, english speaking
helpful staff.
Location - short walk to the town centre. Reasonable parking available. Helpful, friendly, English speaking staff. Excellent quality of rooms.
The hotel was very new, clean and comfortable. The town centre was only a short stroll away with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.
Location - close to train station and short walk to sights & restaurants. Facilities to self cater. Clean, simple and met all our needs.
The accommodation was well-designed, very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was comprehensively stocked with crockery, pans and cutlery.
Close to the railway station and centre of town and tourist office, staff were helpful, reasonable size and facilities for the room.
The room was large, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was a bit pricy for what was offered but convenient. Staff was very kind.
The rooms are clean, well-designed, and the location of the hotel is very convenience, only 5 to 10 minutes walk to city centre.
Location was perfect for town centre and station.
Staff where friendly and very helpful.
Rooms where modern, clean and tidy.
Great price considering the location.
Very close to the train station, you could hear the announcements but didn't bother us.
Excellent, good value for money, good staff and location.Rooms very clean and spacious.kitchen facilities a bonus if needed.
Very convient to the train station, restaurants, etc. Laundry facilities on site. Large room with nice kitchen and bath.
Very good facilities. The room has a good size and is very confortable.
The location is good, close to the city center.
The place (furniture, bedding, etc.) was new and very clean.
Within foots reach to the railway station and town center.
Very clean, in town centre, parking facilities, own kitchen. Everything was perfect. Everyone speaks English.
Good Central Location easy to find, Brand new build, Despite being next to train station very quite .
Good breakfast, helpful staff, good location to restaurants, and tourist sights. Off street parking.
Spacious appartment style rooms.
Efficient, friendly, english speaking staff. Value for money stay.
Excellent location. Rooms very clean with good facilities such as fridge etc. Bed very comfortable.
I liked particularly the quietness, the relatively large rooms including kitchen. Also good WiFi.
The kitchen, although otherwise well equipped only had 2 small expresso
cups for tea/ coffee?? Neither was there any available on request at
reception. I realise, yes, that this is France, but given the amount of
tourists that were there from other countries, I would have thought that
a larger cup or mug would also have been standard.?.
We couldn't see that there was air conditioning, and there were no mugs for hot drinks, only small expresso cups. Also car parking is a bit tight, but we have a very long vehicle.None of this spoiled our stay anyway.
Too hot at night a fan would be a good idea.
Slow and hard to connect wi-fi. Can drive in to the territory only after check in. So you have to look for some public parking first (or park in illegal place ricking to get fine), then go to reception and check in, then return to your car, repark it and in the end pull all your luggage around the building thru very uncomfortable gate. Get rid of that gate please!.
Room only made up every five days- reflected in hotel price, shower in
room was either cold or scalding.
Nothing - great very modern hotel ideally located for Reims centre or Trains to Paris.
Nothing, had read comments about the proximity of the railway station but it caused no problems whatsoever.
Staff not overly friendly.
Parking was a little tight, and breakfast a little pricey. There are options available though.
Minor issue. There is no maid service, The rooms are not cleaned up and beds are not made during our stay. We only stayed 2 night and this was not an issue at all.
There was nothing to dislike.
We stayed here in August and there's no air con in the rooms so it can be very hot at night. Also it backs onto the main train station so you can't leave the window open due to noise. Didn't mean we had a bad stay mind you.
- 10€ for a breakfast...too expensive
- hotel location : the nbhood has not much charm
-.
Too close to the railway tracks. Location of certain rooms are next to
the tracks and the parking lot. If you open your window, you can
actually see car tires (1st level, rooms >105). No air conditioning.
Are bookings.com clients getting rooms on lower level floors only?.
No iron was available.
Needs to have air conditioning. The rooms are very warm, so you need to have the windows open. The trouble with this is that because you are near to the city centre its very noisy when clubs and pubs close with lots of shouting and men singing football songs etc. Best to keep windows closed and roast or invest in some earplugs.
Initial thought was student accomodation, perhaps because of no carpet, but I soon realized that it had great facilities, bordering on luxurious.
The trains aren´t a big problem, can´t really hear them. No fuss. The
parking lot is a little akward.
The building is close to the railway station so the view from our window was not attractive; lots of unoccupied commercial buildings.
Nothing.
Limited parking spaces, definitely confirm availability if you need one.
No Aircon, it was so hot the weekend we where there and due to our location at the back, couldn't get any air through the big windows. Also only way to get the rooms dark early in the morning is to close the external shutters, this keeps the heat in more.
Breakfast was expensive, we walked into the town and had a lovely pastry on the Main Street.
This may be very picky, but it's the second time the Reception ran out of tokens for the dryers. It doesn't do much good to wash clothes if you have to wait several hours to get a token for the dryer.
Our late arrival (10p.m)didn't seem to make the receptionist very happy.
Nothing everything was great.
Not much.
The bathroom floor was constantly wet. The water did not drain from shower area, but ran under hand basin and behind toilet. Not very pleasant to wade through water to clean your teeth, and have your feet wet while on the toilet. The man on the reception desk was very apologetic about this. Also we were on the railway side so it was a bit noisy.
