We liked the position of the hotel, a short walk up the hill and you were in the city center. A short drive to lake Bourget. The size of the room was good and it was well equipped. -

Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked! Childrens breakfast was free. -

Right on the slopes. They also have a ski room where they supply skis and put them out right on the slope in the morning. Which makes very little hassle. Very pleasant hotel. -

Bardzo fajne położenie hotelu. Miła obsługa - A super deal in every respect-we would go again - Nice breakfast. Nice room and bathroom and both a decent size. Very helpful staff. Restaurant of the same name next door is quite good too.

I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained.
Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area.
If you are a beginner - it is a bit of a faff getting to the ski area for lessons, however having never skied before my 6 year old w

niggles people had mentioned on reviews we'd read had been acted
upon, for example a cleaning pack was provided and more ski lockers were
built during our stay.

everything ,liked the fact that you could ski right to the front door.we were upgreaded ithink because nobody said anything to us. - Location excellent for slopes with bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstop. We barely had to walk anywhere during our stay!

Nice clean small family run hotel set in "real" French village. Good quality home cooked food, with locally sourced ingredients!! Easy reach ski lifts, whether walking or driving. Bedroom cleaned daily. Friendly staff. -

The staff were all welcoming and helpful.
This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where the rooms were a comfortable temperature i.e. around 19 - 20degrees instead of 25 or more.
Our room was attractive and v comfortable
Food was simple but good - especially breakfast! -

too much to type! fantastic room I stayed in a classic suite which is the biggest room I've ever stayed in for 2 people, huge bed, enormous lounge, fantastic bathroom etc etc. spa and pool area fantastic, staff attentive and very polite, bar area so comfy with huge fire and again great staff, highly recommend

The Hotel is very modern (built in 2012?) but blends nicely with the
surroundings. Our room was very nicely furnished, complete with full and
modern kitchen units and utensils ...including an induction cooker and a
dishwasher. It was a very welcome change from old ski lodges where the
kitchen utensils are easily showing their age. Skiing out of and into
the Hotel ski room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and
helpful, and never looked for tips.
