  The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food and service were very good. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway.   The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used.   Satff is very friendly even though we came in @ 2:00 am we were assisted in a very nice way and got a free upgrade of the rooms. These rooms r spacious, modern, well equipped, layed out and clean. - Staff could not have been more helpful, they supplied maps and tourist info and made the trip really enjoyable

  Arrived after a long journey very tired and hungry, hotel was just what we needed! Unfortunately it was a Sunday so most restaurants were closed but the owner pointed us in the direction of a couple that were open. Room was clean and tidy and bigger than most we have stayed in on our travels in France!!! Overall a lovely stopover and wou - This quaint charming little hotel is just off the main square near all the bars and restaurants. Our room was delightful and can only be described as unique with all the little personal touches. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choices of pastries and cake, mostly home made. We parked within 5 mins walk but moved the car closer after 7pm for convenience of loading the following morning.

  This is the best hotel in Chalons, so if you need to stay in Chalons and want quality and comfort, stay at Le Renard. Large rooms as compared to typical European sizes. - Comfortable, modern hotel in central location. The receptionist spoke some English and was friendly.
