  The women conscierges were wonderful, allowing us to relax in France andpractice our flawed French. We were able to picnic poolside after hours,just relax in a beautiful house. We had many requests for extra towels,ashtray for cigars, directions, etc, and each was met with a smile. Wewould love to return. Ambroise is a lovely town and is a great place to stay and take day trips to the area's many chateaux, and the chateaux at Amboise itself is lovely. If I were to go back again, I'd want to stay again at Le Manois Saint Thomas. I recommend it highly!

Very relaxed and with many dining options to choose from. An ideal place as a base to explore the Loire Valley and it's many Chateaus. Our host Sylvie was a delight.   I really enjoyed my time in Amboise. To some extent that was due to the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The position of the hotel was great and allowed us to explore Amboise on foot with great access to restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was stunning, and the photos we'd seen beforehand absolutely did not do it justice. Met by smiling Anna who immediately showed us everything in our accommodation. We stayed in the 2 storey. Self contained with everything that you could possibly need. The upstairs attic bedroom was large and so pretty. Anna has gone to great lengths with the interior design and it is perfect!
