  It was perfect for our needs. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely location; even our non-lake-view (and therefore cheaper) room had a fine view.   Location is right in the middle of the city but you can't drive to it. Parking was a nightmare to find on a Friday afternoon and was located a short distance up a hill from the hotel. We didn't mind too much as we filled a backpack for our overnight stay and left the larger suitcases in the car. The hotel itself was great. Good facilities.   Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could easily come and go. - Beds were comfortable and we had adjoining rooms for us and children. A kettle was a nice touch so we could make drinks although no milk of any sort provided.

  Huge comfy beds/pillows. Stylish room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was great lots of choice - continental style. Free wifi was good. The restaurant next door was very nice for dinner.
