The attendant gave us helpful tip for renting a car and also looked up information on haunted castles as well as asked local residents as haunted castles are not a selling feature in Corsica.   This is certainly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The welcome was warm and we were very pleased we were upgraded to a luxury room - presumably as we were staying three nights and they had the space.
