Everything was excellent. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to go and things to do. The hotel itself is fantastic and luxuriously furnished. The breakfast and dinner prepared by the owners is of exceptional quality. The location is very peaceful and tranquil.

Nina was a great host and gave us plenty of tips for our short stay in Marseilles. The fridge was pre-loaded with everything we needed. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

The room and bathroom were very spacious, and it felt like staying with friends in an old Mas deep in the countryside even if the city was actually quite close (not waking distance though). The hostesse / owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about Marseille. The rooms and breakfast area were clean and modern, and the breakfast was very good. We only stayed for a short trip to watch the football ( Arsenal ) at the Stade Velodrome opposite, but if I was touring Marseille I would definitely stay here. The Metro was five minutes away and would take you to all the parts of Marseille. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it.

Fabulous location with lovely gardens. Our room was very comfortable with a good view over the gardens (which look even better at night when lit). The meals were delicious with an excellent choice of local wine. The staff were charming & very helpful.

Only three miles from Arles, but like a country house. The dinners were well priced and delicious. The pool was recently refinished. Every room faces a garden with a terrace or patio. The rooms are large and so is the refurbished bathroom. We took walks along the country road after dinner. The hosts are charming and jolly. I just adored this guesthouse in Provence.

we had a wonderful week at Mas Valentine. Staff were so friendly and thoughtful. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated - bathrooms very well appointed. Breakfasts on the terrace were a highlight - beautiful pastries! We all enjoyed the pool which was kept scrupulously clean - there was plenty of space poolside and a bountiful supply of towels. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we would definitely return.
