  Everything. Location. Nice room - newly renovated. They gave me a double with a bath although I had signed up for a promotional single room - very generous. Breakfast was great. They had hot food (eggs and ham) which I could eat - I am diabetic and stay away from carbs. Good selection of carbs for those who can eat them. Excellent staff. The room was beautiful, the staff extremely courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was great. This was one of our favorite places to stay on our trip and we wished we had stayed longer.

  The hotel is beautiful. It was much nicer than the pictures showed. The only rooms available were the junior suite and after we saw it we were so glad we paid extra for it. The room was beautiful and large and worth the extra price. Everything at this hotel is pristine and reaps with French charm.   This was a lovely, country setting, hotel. The people were extraordinary - very helpful and concerned for their guests. The restaurant was fantastic with an excellent menu! - The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and theattention to detail. The village of Mittelhousen is lovely.
